Unless notified otherwise, Regional Planning Commission meetings are held at 7:00 pm at the Delaware Hayes County Services Building – Conference Room G35, 140 N. Sandusky Street, Delaware, Ohio 43015. RPC meetings are open to the public. Zoning cases and Subdivision cases are presented by staff, and time allowed for the applicant, the commission, and the public to comment.
Site reviews meet on the proposed project site - applicants are notified of the scheduled meeting time.
Technical Review Committee meets at 9:00 a.m. in the DCRPC offices at 109 N. Sandusky Street. Agenda is set by the Preliminary Subdivision applications for a given month. The meeting includes county departments and subdivision applicants and/or their engineers.
